They’re three CEO best friends. I’m their one-night stand . . . and new assistant.
It all started with a battle of wills against a rat.
After fleeing a shattered engagement, I wanted a fresh start in New York City, but instead all I got was a tiny apartment with a communal bathroom and a rat that steals my Oreos.
Oh, and one hot night I won’t soon forget.
What I didn't expect was the gorgeous man at the bar to want his two best friends to watch us together.
How was I supposed to know they were about to be my new bosses?

Why Choose/Reverse Harem romance is something I've really taken to over the last 18months or so. I don't know why but I suspect it has a lot to do with the absolute rage inducing love-triangles that littered my books from the early 2000's... And not wanting to deal with them anymore while still wanting the FMC to have ALL the cake and eat it.
But the full analysis of why is a topic to ponder another time. 🙃
Today, I'm talking about Maya Nicole's Stuck on Them. A contemporary why choose novel featuring three best friends and their lady and I think it has the honour of being the first contemporary why choose, single novel, book I've read! Or maybe the second... Definitely the first decent one.
With the multi-book approach, you get time to get to know each character and for the dynamic to form, storm and norm - you know?
But with a single book, it all has to happen in under 400 pages so it's fast burning.
Not quite instalove but most definitely insta-lust plus! Though, not annoyingly so.
The characters, well the MMCs at least, lacked the depth you'd get in a standard MF romance, on account of the MFMM dynamic, but I didn't mind it. They were developed enough to not dissolve into a homogeneous blob.
I liked Paige (the FMC) and I liked Luca, Ryker and Garret (her men).
The chemistry was good, the spice spicy and the banter was fun.
The drama was just enough to make things interesting but not enough to annoy or distract from the relationships.
The premise was amusing, it was easy to read and hard to put down.
Overall, perfect if you're looking for a fun and filthy rom-com to spend an evening with!
