What's a skill you'd like to master?

 

What's a skill you'd like to master? 

I want to learn/master Crochet. 

I've got yarn, I've got my hooks and other bits and I'm trying to learn via beginners tutorials on youtube but I suck. 

Okay... Maybe that's a little harsh. 

I've tried twice and the first time I had stupid yarn that wasn't suitable for what I was doing - not that I knew that at the time! - and the second time I kept getting interrupted.

So... Maybe the third time I try, I'll get a one inch thick rope of basic ass stitches and call it a success!

I want to get to a point where I can crochet a little dragon sitting on a pile of books. 

Or other cute ass stuff that serves no purpose beyond bringing me joy.
